AIREI grows slowly and intentionally, and the studio is not actively hiring for specific roles at this time. Even so, the work depends on a small community of people who care about process, garment‑making, and image as much as the final object. If you are interested in future opportunities with AIREI—whether as a full‑time team member, part‑time collaborator, or intern—you are invited to introduce yourself through the form below. While replies cannot be guaranteed to every submission, each application is reviewed with care.

2 - Portfolio (PDF or link) showing your work in design, pattern cutting, textiles, research, image‑making, writing, or related disciplines.

3 - Short note on why AIREI’s practice interests you, what you hope to learn or contribute, and where you see your work sitting within the studio.

4 - Mention something you love to do / work on / excel at outside of fashion and design.

Applications may be considered for a range of future needs, including studio support, design and development, research, image and film, writing, and operations. If a role, project, or internship aligns with your profile, you may be contacted for further conversation.

Location & Working Style

AIREI is based in Los Angeles, with work often split between the studio, local partners, and international production. Some roles will require consistent in‑person presence in Los Angeles, while others may allow for a hybrid or remote structure depending on the work.

If you are not located in Los Angeles, you are still welcome to apply; when submitting, please note your current city and any flexibility around relocation or travel.
