Shipping

Each AIREI piece is prepared in the studio with care, pressed and wrapped before it leaves our hands, and packaged to arrive as an extension of the garment itself. The details below outline how orders are shipped and how returns are handled.

Shipping

Processing times

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase; during new releases or holidays, processing may take longer.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers

• Domestic U.S. orders generally ship via a tracked carrier service such as UPS or FedEx selected at AIREI’s discretion based on destination and service level.

• International orders ship via major carriers such as DHL or UPS, depending on the destination.

Rates, duties, and taxes for USA shipments

• Orders over $400 will include free shipping.

• Standard delivery rate is $15.

• USA deliveries will arrive within 5-7 days. Delivery times may change during peak releases or holidays.

Rates, duties, and taxes for international shipments

• International shipments are arranged as DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This means the total shipping fees include local VAT and import duties. For a breakdown of the actual costs, refer to the shipping section provided at the bottom of the order page. Note that the import duties and taxes vary by country, and are subject to change.

• International delivery times will vary by country, but general transit times will be 5-12 days for most countries.

Delivery, risk of loss, and lost packages

• Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you, and delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.

When a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier, AIREI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; ensuring a secure delivery address is strongly recommended.

If you believe your package is lost or delayed, contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then reach out to atelier@airei.store with your order details.


Returns

Return window and conditions

• AIREI accepts returns for refund or exchange within 7 days of the date you receive your order, unless otherwise noted as final sale on the product page.

• Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to request a return

• Email atelier@airei.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to receive return authorization and instructions.

• Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed in processing.

Return shipping costs

• Unless an item is confirmed defective or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

• For international returns, clearly mark the shipment as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs documentation and declare the appropriate value as instructed to minimize delays and additional fees.

Refunds and processing time

• Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original form of payment; please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer.

• If an exchange is requested and the requested item is available, it will be shipped after the original item has been received and approved.

Final sale items

• Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund; this will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

• Fragrance, objects, and select special projects or collaborations may also be final sale where noted.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Once confirmed, AIREI will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item and will cover reasonable shipping costs in the case of our error or a confirmed defect.
