• All orders are subject to acceptance by AIREI; we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or shipping limitations.

• If there is an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel the order or give you the option to confirm your order at the corrected price.

Shipping, risk of loss, and returns

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees; delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

• Any return, exchange, or repair options, including eligibility, conditions, and timelines, will be described in our separate shipping/returns policy published on the site, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

User content

• If you submit or share any content with us (such as reviews, images, or messages), you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe or violate any law or third‑party rights.

• By submitting content, you grant AIREI a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Services and our communications, in accordance with applicable law.

• We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or refuse any content we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Third‑party services and links

• We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third‑party sites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Local-only features

• Certain features on the site, such as the “memento mori” clock that asks for your birthdate, are designed to operate entirely in your browser and store information locally on your device.

• For these features, the information you enter is not transmitted to AIREI, our servers, or our service providers, and we do not access or retain it, unless explicitly stated otherwise within the feature.

Privacy

• Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

• The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and by using the Services you agree to our data practices as described there.

Disclaimers

• The Services, and all content and products provided through them, are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid to AIREI for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Governing law and venue

• You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

• We may revise these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

• Your continued use of the Services after changes to the Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
